We have the ability to process your material using supercritical CO2 or research grade alcohol. We can also assist you with extractions using butane, propane, hexane, or others, but we feel that supercritical CO2 and alcohol can produce superior results. Whatever your preferred method of extraction is, we can help.
Over the course of two years, we have developed a proprietary supercritical CO2 extraction system. While we initially looked at extractors produced by Apeks, Eden Labs, Waters, and others, we were unable to find a design that would give our clients a true competitive advantage. Two years later we have a patent pending extraction system that is fully customizable and produces high quality extracts with superior yields. Our system can process over 1000 pounds of material per day, which allows us to charge you less and decrease turnaround times.
Once your raw material has been extracted, we will then stabilize it to remove any water and other compounds that can degrade the extract over time.
